En éste, el primer álbum en vivo de los Cramps, se incluyeron temas inéditos, que nunca han aparecido en versión de estudio. Fue grabado en el Peppermint Lounge el 25 y 26 de febrero de 1983 y lanzado ese mismo año. Los tres últimos temas son bonus tracks que se agregaron para la versión en CD.
